Summary

The prospector had to go. I didn’t like the way he was eyeballing that golden nugget. I teched cheap annoying stuff to save gold for later.


I just want to triple check since this is your first forum game, are you intentionally skipping your tech 1 building? That would be viable, albiet unorthodox, so want to make sure

I actually completely forgot to build my Tech I building (which I did want to do), and I only realized this after I posted. I 100% chalk this up to not playing with actual cards. I didn’t want to say anything because I already saw my next hand and didn’t want to back-track just because I made a mistake.

If you’d be a gentleman and let me replay the last turn I did, that would great (although do realize that I would kill Merfolk Prospector in that case :stuck_out_tongue: ). I’ll just revert the Google Sheet that I’m using.

Summary

So, here’s the deal: Flagstone is having unemployment issues because Bigby just stole all of the money in the treasury that would have gone towards giving a paycheck to new workers. He also looted Quince’s corpse for whatever he had on him, then he gave the death penalty to everyone. Normally, there are rules against executing sentences on the same day you give them, but Bigby is so bloody crooked that he bribed all the right people to have it done anyway. I knew Flagstone was corrupt, but…dang, man, this turn could not have been written any better.
