Summary

I would argue that I have teched a win condition of sorts: board flood. I wouldn’t say that this is a foolproof or even particularly likely win condition, but I have played one game IRL that played around tech 1 and Hero’s Hall with Purple, and simply flooded the board with units via TR / R&D. The bears are tough to rip through so I may indeed end up falling short here, but I’m going to do my best to see if I can pull it off. It’s for fun after all eh? :slight_smile:

This is really bad: I’ll build the tech 2 as bait and hope that I can take him down with the tech 1 stuff in the deck, but overall I think I’m outclassed and destined for a beating. I almost want to tech Vortoss Emblem to deal with Dinosize but idk that’d be too practical. Void Star at least is a game-changer against Feral

Thoughts

I could have saved the Bear with Rampant Growth, but at 4 gold it’s not worth it. Centaur will hopefully stay up to block, in case he’s pulled out two Seers again. Maxing Arg instead of pulling out Calamandra to help block against everything else. I have no anti-air, so I need to keep that Future tech building down.

Not exactly the draw I was hoping for, I’ll have to kill Vir and hope something survives to take down the base. That could be the Ancient bringing in more Squirrels and one getting boosted, or it could be Midori maxbanding and attacking by air. Time to cross my fingers and hope.

GG WP! I didn’t draw my Omegacrons, so that leaves me no recourse to stop a Moss Ancient, Midori AND Dinosize!

I didn’t think you’d be able to kill Geiger on Turn 5, I was counting on using Research and Development to flood the board! I was 2 short of lethal last turn as well, it was very smart to dinosize at my base otherwise I would have taken the base race I think!

Well played, that was close!

I pretty much had to knock down the Tech II and go for base when I couldn’t, I knew air units would be coming and I wouldn’t be able to deal with them.

I’d be interested to see that flood strategy happen in practice, I’ve been going Feral partly on guessing Purple can’t fill the board with weenies, so I can spam Overpower.

I’m up for another! I’ll stick with Green for now, but feel free to mix it up.
