He’s really putting on the pressure. Really gotta hope he doesn’t have an immediate answer to Birds or I could be in real trouble from a flying Midori at least until I draw Origin Story or redraw Snapback. I don’t love skipping worker but I really need to get back some cards.

Well that really slammed the brakes didn’t it? Fine by me. Some suspicious patrolling lets me get at Cal, and while I doubt the Golgort is long for the world it could come at a price. I feel like Rook should survive which is nice and will let me be pretty threatening against his now much smaller board. I’m still pretty low on cards and had to delay Rememberer since I’m pretty sure she would’ve just died here.

Moment of Peace will get rid of the Golgort, and the Rhino might be a problem, but I’ll happily take out Midori while I build up some cards and get my Tech 3 up.
Indeed he isn’t. I’m not sure if it was or wasn’t a good play in that situation. It would have meant my Golgort died from fading but OTOH it meant you didn’t get to use the Rhino as a shield. I did have Grappling Hook that turn so I could’ve gotten around it regardless so depending on how you patrolled I could’ve gotten one or both heroes anyway.

That should about do it. Archon is pretty much unanswerable.
Given the fact that you have Snapback and Origin Story at your disposal, I’m glad to get any work out of the heroes that I can. Snapback along with Grappling Hook are so strong, and Rook’s a monster. I love Strength, it’s one of my favorites.
