50/50 shot that StW is still there. Uncomfortably feasible unless I go dangerously low on cards to protect Argonaut. Or, I use Fading Argo to avoid StW by just leaving it in play. So what am I teching towards? I need anti-air or air defenses, I think; Shimmer Ray isn’t great here. Saving up 2 gold for a Tech II next turn.

And while I might be telegraphing Present with Battle Suits, CN gets very little advance warning otherwise, given that their next tech goes to a discard that won’t get shuffled in without DP

Hmm. So this looks really bad. I think I have one shot, which is maxband Vir (8) and Time Spiral the mech. (Thank goodness TS doesn’t target…) Guess we’re saying goodbye to Nullcraft because let’s not leave Flying/Haste out there for Mimic to copy. Vir dies to Basilisk, but that means the mech is safe unless another Basilisk comes up.

Gotta keep Green off the board as much as possible. I can Nullcraft and ping down the Wisp (gives a gold to Green, leaving Green at 7 gold, potentially maxbanding Arg. Midband Geiger + Nullcraft can deal with that, though, leaving me with 3 gold to play something like Fargo. Or I can ping one damage on Panda, and Rampant Growth kills Geiger, although that exhausts Panda and lets me Nullcraft over to kill it. Green hires a Merfolk Prospector that I can ping down instead, if I want, and gets 2 free levels on hero of choice. Bleh. Actually, that can happen no matter what target. I’ll set up to kill the Panda. Still have to patrol in SQL to avoid Spore Shambler shenanagins and force CN to dump resources into moving runes. (In fact, Spore Shambler plus two rune moves is 5 gold, so CN can’t play a hero to capitalize.)
