it’s boring, but midbanding Rook to run past and kill river is just the best pkay here. with no tech 1 im betting on discord or twostep, which i can block with newsman but then i go 3 down on cards and using River’s sideline tap on my boulder they can still get through. perhaps I can just use Rook as more of a board helping presence rather than tech in double earthquake now, besides earthquake is expensive in the esrly game

hmmmmmmmmmmmm I have seen many of their cards recently and know that I cannot know what these last two cards in the deck are as they are both teched! I’m killing Drakk purely becasue I’m scared of kidnapping - his maxband is weaker without good units to hire - even though River’s midband counters my boulder well

Thoughts on these two games?
Rook is a still a beast on his own without Birds for support. Vandy wasn’t different in any way that mattered here. Magistrate’s ability felt thoroughly usable to me I just didn’t use it.
I personally think that thematically Mythmaking should completely not allow for multiple copies of a legendary - it’s meant to make legendaries bolder and stand out, not make them one of a pair…
Mechanically I think it’s quite a buff which I’m not sure is entirely needed but isnt anywhere near broken so I’m not against it on that principle
Not sure if it’s broken or not, that will require more testing, but I wouldn’t feel fair going against new Mythmaking without an answer to it. So, it fixes one of the slots to a spec that has upgrade counter. That being said, I want to try Bashing/Balance/Growth if you are interested. Feel free to pick any specs you want.
I’ll try a few of the debuffed specs out - monoBlack - I’m an average Black player at best but should be able to get a feel for some effects even if it’s only stuff others have already realised.
