My Thoughts
This is bad… No Garth here really sucks… Probably a Lizzo or Sharks or maybe a steam tank coming? I think what I do is patrol to protect Midori against sharks. Use Vandy as bait. Tech another Nether Drain + Moment’s Peace, try to use flying midori + Lich’s bargain (buffed by midori) to keep tech2/3 away, and finish the game that way. Going to be tough though…

My Thoughts
This should be checkmate! AS can’t attack and I can bring a lot of stealthy damage
GGWP! I can’t believe you got 4 of them in a row, the luck! Oh well, I really should have teched Dinosize earlier, I have 1 in hand now, but it was too little too late. At least I know that the key to winning this matchup is killing Midori and not Vandy
the split of the first 2 was pretty calculated, but the reshuffle draw was surely fortunate (though with two dark pacts and meta in the deck, had I drawn meta that would have been even more fortunate XD)
I definitely had options if I didn’t draw the 4th one (break tower and tech2 instead of straight base, garth SQL, means I’m pretty likely to keep base and all 3 alive, barring like mad man / rambaster / charge + dinosize, and even then I keep midori and vandy alive)
GGWP all the same though! Really fun to push the limits here, and Midori really truly is a menace when meta’d
Ah yeah, for sure, the game was over after I decided to go for Vandy instead of Midori. I could have salvaged it still by getting Dinosize sooner, but alas, I didn’t think about it in time ^^
For sure, killing Midori turn 6 would have made the difference, I was really hoping you’d take the bait on Vandy though XD and at that point, you don’t know if I teched Meta and leaving Vandy + Garth meta on the table is a dangerous game to play
Meta was what I was thinking about at the time, but after this game I think that in that situation Moment’s Peace was better than Meta
It was a lot safer and cheaper XD
