so this game, i need to be able to wall up and swing back. P2 helps with the extra gold. im thinking BC’s and LB’s. i have a feeling that i might not be able to rely on tech 2 too much this game.

early game: vandy/spells
mid game: BC’s and LB’s
late game: fencers, max garth, twighlight baron?

option 1: Mid Vandy and Haunt
-Pro - might force him to maxband vandy early (not as great as it sounds).
-Cons - But he could just build a hero;s hall, which would wreck me. so no to this.

option 2: Garth, skeleton, jav, haunt
-pro - tech draw from sk jav, haunt to ping back
-con - rambaser or mad man can lead to a garth kill (either mid or max vandy)

option 3: mid vandy, deteriorate dog, haunt
-pro - he has less swing power
-con - charged mad man leads to a vandy kill and max vandy for him (i guess im okay with this). two cards for none. protects my tech 1 and base.
-on second thought, i dont think i can do much with a haunt out there anyways? whatever he patrols he is bound to put in sql. ill just save the card.

well, at least he skipped tech 1. wasnt expecting that.

well, if he teched a shadowblade, i risk having my tech 1 broken by shadowblade, mad man, vandy. i DO NOT want my tech 1 broken.

honestly, there isnt much i can do to prevent a tech 1 break if he gets the right cards. i don’t want to NOT drop a hero since i have the chance to avoid free levels. i’ll go river and archery to thin the deck. fingers crossed he whiffs next hand.

looking at his gold, doesnt seem possible for him to break the tech 1 without skipping his own again. i would be okay with that (so teching double BC). if he does break my tech 1, i can hopefully drop garth, skeleton, summon skeletons, etc…
