argh killing the prospector with prynn leave her too vulnerable to a single fencer, i reckon if i survive this first wave cheap seers shuffled round with temporal research can keep the fencer’s at bay; altho other interesting thing is the fact that peace should do fairly well against his specs and he only has 2 reclaims… lets see if he’ll early reclaim a battle suits… as for this turn tho, if they hv 2 fencers they can kill prynn either way, if they hv just the one they can only kill prynn if i kill the prospector or if they hv some power boosting spell, i dont like my chances either way so i’m losing prynn pretty much any way, lets make sure i have a tech 1 and make it hit nice and hard

So, why did rememberer bring in Fargo? Shimmer Ray would have made more sense there, all things considered. I don’t think you would have won, but I would not have an immediate answer for the Ray breaking my stuff, beyond overwhelming force.

I thought that the small chance of having both rememberer and tech 2 intact for turn 6 was worth it (considering i wouldn’t necessarily have any t2 in hand to play, rememberer wouldve been nice since I did have seer and time spiral) if I didn’t have three defenders out then there was no way i was keeping both. I think the better play would’ve been not to tech both golgurts at once as keeping one in the codex is a sure way to have it in your discard on demand
Other questionable play on my part this match was the plasmodium turn 2, I just already felt the game was turning down hill with no way to ensure Prynn’s survival and thought I would try something different tbh

Plasmo is a good threat, but you passed on using it when it arrived. Rivers midband means plasmo is much less of a wall, so aggression was needed.
